Lets spice up your party atmosphere with some dry ice!

This image of a glowing cauldron was found under "Live Search Images" to help give you a vivid idea of how dry ice looks when in action.

 The cauldron was placed on top of a clear container with a glow stick underneath to create the green glow on the cotton spider web material. The cauldron fog was created with several glow sticks inside the cauldron, along with dry ice and hot water. The lighting for the image was a black light.

You can use dry ice in many different ways to add a spooky touch to your party.

When using dry ice, the best way to keep the fog rolling, is to find a way to keep the water warm. You may need to add warm water once the fog starts disappearing or you can use a plate warmer, light, or a candle. Please keep in mind that flame should not be exposed to plastic.

To add a special touch, use a glow stick of your choice of colors to give it a more spooky look.

Add dry ice around your punch bowl for a smoky effect. Note: Dry ice should not be ingested.

Place containers with warm water and dry ice around the flower beds.

Add dry ice to your pool.

Things you need to know when handling dry ice.

• DO NOT HANDLE DRY ICE WITH YOUR BARE HANDS ( The ice will burn your skin. You should have a pair of  thick gloves or tongs).

• It is not recommended to add dry ice to your drinks. If the ice is swallowed, seek medical attention as soon as possible. The ice will damage your esophagus and possible other organs.

• It is also not recommended to add dry ice in containers with intentions of playing games such as "Bobbing for Apples". The gas can make it difficult to breathe. Remember dry ice is "Carbon Dioxide."

• KEEP AWAY FROM CHILDREN.
